Full Body Workout – 30 Minutes or Less

Short on time?

Exercise doesn’t have to be complicated or consume your life. A lot of times, less is more!

Our bodies don’t require an entirely new workout everyday. It’s ok to do the same exercises. However, the key is to continue challenging ourselves.
There are many ways to do this:

〰️ increasing weight load, adjusting sets/repetitions, playing around with different grips/angles, moving faster or slower through a movement, and adjusting rest time.

If you’re busy, focusing on large movements involving the chest, back and legs can be a smart option. These recruit the most muscles, giving you the biggest bang for your buck.IMG_20191217_112105_950

Think –》 push, pull, hinge, squat, lunge and rotate for strength.

Anything that gets your heart pumping will provide amazing cardiovascular benefits.

Skip the fluff. The basics work great!
Master them. Grow with them. When things start to feel easy, change one or more variables above to allow continued progress.

A full body workout is totally possible in 30 minutes or less.

You got this!
