This is a super popular question I get all the time.

Like most questions, the answer is “it depends.”
The time of day you exercise is individual to your preferences + depends on a few factors to consider:
– what time of the day best fits in with your schedule + lifestyle?
– what time of the day do you feel most alert + get the most out of your workout?
Maybe it’s too challenging to spend 15-30 minutes in one sitting on a workout. That’s ok! You can spread it across the day with 5 minutes in the morning + afternoon, then finish with 10 minutes in the evening.
Regardless of the time you choose to squeeze in a workout, you WILL get benefits. Consistency matters more than the actual time of day.
Are you a morning, afternoon or evening exerciser?
